Hello Team, I am Saravanan and booked Honda Dio On 24th Dec’16 and paid advance amount of 36, 000. Due to personal reason and moved to Singapore I have requested for cancellation of my booking on 4th Jan’17 before leaving India. I haven’t received my refund amount as on today and am dealing with Sales In-charge (Mr. Lijo) in Bangalore KR Puram Haiku Honda Showroom last 45 days but no proper response and my refund is still not processed after many follow ups. Kindly provide the escalation email ID and its very bad customer experience. If I am not receiving any response by end of this week and will file a case on legal proceedings on my refund. Note: Mr. Lijo committed my refund will be processed by end of Jan’17 and send for Head office approval but no update and refund as today – FALSE COMMITMENT… Request you to consider this request on priority basis and refund my advance amount.
