Payment not posting to account!

3

I have been a member for 3 years now! On 02/22/18 I made a credit card payment, only to learn 3 days later that the payment has been adjusted as returned, and a $25 returned check fee was assessed on my account. I went in and made the payment again, this time the funds were electronically withdrawn from my WF Checking Account! Three days later I logged in to see if the funds had posted to my account.. Once again the payment had been adjusted, and another $ $25 RCF was charged.. I called Member services to see what was going on, the CS Rep. Informed me that the payment Was returned as insufficient funds, I informed her that the money has been taken out of my WF Account.. She informs me that they did not receive it, and transferred me to their Credit Card Zprocessing department,,now this is where the nightmare begins.. Needless to say, the reps repeatedly denied that the money was transferred.. Finally I called Wells Fargo, they clearly stated and verified that Firtmark had received the payment on 02/25/18! And the rep suggested that I open a dispute for the transaction.. During the call the rep and I discovered that Firstmark added my credit card number to the receipt of the electronic transfer confirmation... but the last digit to the card number was missing. After opening the dispute, I called Firstmark Credit processing department to inform them of the missing digit of my credit card number. After denying that this could be the reason for the missing monies, The rep finally put me on hold, spoke to her manager, then came back on the line.. Assuring me that the money will now be transferred back to my WF Checking account in 3 to 5 days! Now all of this took place on 03/01/18.. I waited patiently for the money to show up... It never did. After days of calling back, and having to explain the situation to so many incompetent representatives in every department, and learning that the account was never updated with any notes, acknowledging that the money was found. On the 12th just when I was about to accept the loss, and let WFargo handle it, I reach a rep with a brain, and common sense as a added bonus: Roland at extension 10814. Roland was extremely sympathetic, and after listening to me, and tolerating my frustration, he kindly apologized, and promised me that he would do his best to try and resolve the issue.. Well what do you know: Roland places me on hold, and three mins later informs me that he had found the missing payment on a ledger, he assured me that the payment would post to my account the following day, and that all the returned check fees, along with a late fee, would be reverse, and credited to the account as well.. The following day I logged in, and as promised: the $775 payment had posted, but the fees all remained. Today I am too weak and distressed from it all, to even muster up the energy to be transferred and passed around again by one rep after another.. So I will give it a few more days then I'll put myself through it all again. Now here's the kicker, I HAVE ALWAYSED SUSPECTED THAT SOME OF MY PAYMENTS WERE NEVER POSTED TO MY ACCOUNT, and because I thought that I was crazy,,,I let it go, now I have solid proof of it, and my next step is to find the proper organization that will investigate this matter, and review my account/payment history.I assure you, I will be watching everything much more closely..I am convinced that something is terribly wrong with this organization, and the way that they process credit card payments...
