Payment malfunction- no remedy for 1 month

I won a gunbroker listing back in July. Upon request for payment, the seller requests Paypal, of which I have multiple debit/credit cards linked. Payment did not go through. Gunbroker/seller response is nothing upon my multiple attempts to remedy. Who doesnt want to get paid?!! User's recommendation: Demand multiple forms of payment.
