Payment made but order not generated very disappointed

Thanks for paying Rs.503.00 from A/c XXXX4851 to PAYUNYKAAERETAILPVTL via NetBanking. Call 180******** if txn not done by you I am told I need to pay again to place the order and above amount will be refunded to my bank account in 3 days . This is due to no fault of mine very disappointed .
