I upgraded my account on 11/21/2020 I paid via Apple Pay, Ive also reported an issue there. It shows the payment goes through Stripe, I was going to contact them but they dont accept my email address. I upgraded to Caesar level...$125 for the discounted amount. My payment has had an issue or something, my account it not showing updated, now even shows expired. Im very frustrated with the lack of support and the fact I feel Im out $125. User's recommendation: The company responded , the delay has been addressed. All is good. I’m happy.
