I have tried several times to get a modification from Shell Point the last one i applied for was in Nov 2018 and in December i was told thatvi was denied in a letter due to them not having access to my property, when they finally did send someone Shellpoint charged me almost $1000.00 and they have been charginging me every month when someone comes out to inspect my property also, i never recieved any papers saying that this was my responsibility for paying this!! They dont know what your talking about when you call and talk to them and then they are also very rude to you on the phone i was even told " that if you cant make your payments then get rid of your house then, to me that is very unprofessional!! I am at my wits end !! Please tell me what i need to do to be included in this CLASS ACTION SUITE
