I can't believe it ...this company charges $10.00 to pay your bill over the telephone . Upon hearing this I decided I didn't need to deal with a company that has policy's like this so I said I would pay off the balance and I wanted the account closed...they refused to pay it off and only would take the monthly balance owed by my Visa with a charge of $10.00. The way the world finances are today I would think this company would be happy to get their money. Warning anyone who deals with this company not to as it's like throwing extra money out the window. I'll ride down to the store and pay off my bill FOREVER.
