When I made reservations for our emergency trip Southwest agent highly recommended Payless car rental. They provided lousy service E18 & F22 Payless empty slots for cars promised on the third try we asked the employee who happened to be pregnant who offered to walk and verify the car was where it said it was! This lot is hard enough when you have luggage to push on a cart. She wasn't too happy with us accepting her offer but my husband had did it twice and I once with him to get to the bottom of the problem! Now my husband is cursing the side on the passengers and the car side is not working.. we were just in NOLA last week with Dollar car rental excellent customer service and car. Never again PAYLESS CAR RENTAL.
