Paying for troubleshooting

1

At 36,909 miles my calipers were warped and damaged. Mazda would not help me as I was 900 miles over my warranty and they said there was nothing they could do. I went to a AAA approved facility and spent $1300 to have it fixed. New issue at 39,000 miles my Breaks are acting up and I can’t stary my car half he time. They take my car in for $134 to see what’s going on. They give me a loaner and then I hear back a day later. My break light switch is out that is what they think is the issue and then can re diagnose from there and that will be $234. I called Mazda USA I didn’t hear back from them or service where I took my car for almost a week. Mazda USA called and left a message saying they couldn’t get a hold of anybody. I called Mazda USA back and finally spoke with the original woman helping me. Since they have no records of my maintenance they feel they are not at fault and it’s nothing to do with them. She was rude and unprofessional, she had no empathy or understanding for my issues. I’m the unlucky girl who saved enough money to finally buy her first brand new car. I drew the short stick then and got the lemon on the lot. Faulty bad parts now I’m paying for it. Well Mazda if you ever once cared about consumers you not showing it now. HORRIBLE ALL MAZDA DEALERSHIPS HELP LINES AND SERVICE!! I will never buy a Mazda again and will loudly voice my new found hatred for this horrid car company.
