We have been trying for a long time to pay our car insurance bill-we have stayed on the phone for hours waiting but no one ever answers the phone-we have tryed ever phone number for them we can find even sent emails and no one ever respond -i have never had a worse company to deal with in all the years i have had car insurance -they will take your money if you can get them but the thing is they don't answer there phones-what if we had an accident what would we do
