I was told by a rep representing B of A, who in turn represented First Data Global Leasing that if by chance my business didn't do as well as I expected and I had to close, she would find someone to take over my lease. Here's the catch, she no longer works there, I can go out and buy a brand new mini Clover for $200-$400 however I cannot sell this Clover without paying it off. I've made 20 payments at $40.58=$811.60 with 16 more to go. That leaves $649.28 to still pay. They are turning me over to collections tomorrow. I could just cry. I don't have the money and I'm on the *** of financially going under. Do I have any recourse? Please advise, anyone- to isleofdecor@***.com Please don't tell me to be honorable and pay it. I don't have it. If I had the money I'm not sure I would. I read and re-read that contract and still didn't see what a fool I'd be by signing it. My best JKChardonn
