I run a small business with eight employees, they became interested in getting information on 401K. I was already a customer of paychex so I call to get some information. The representative came out, spoke to myself and the worker. Did not answer any question about cost or if I the employer had to match the employees. He stated that the employees nor myself should not be worried. He would take care of everything. SInce May until present the employees wanted to know, why there were not withdrawals from they paycheck. In the meantime Paycheck is busy deducting from my payroll account I had with them $405. I have written emails, try cotnacting the rep, no answer. Contact Paychek they refered me back to the rep. I am in the process of sending a letter to their CEO, as this is a poor way of conducting business. I ask that my account be closed and my money retrun to me, all I know is that since may until present they have been taking $405 monthly, but return a check for $65.00 which I have in my position to mail back to them. I need all my money refunded to me. This is a set up from Paychek .
