We waited 4 hours in line for the pay your age promotion. My daughter with special needs was hear broken she couldnt get a bear. They gave us a coupon to go back and when we wemt then the coupon coulnt be use to buyThe bear she wanted. I called their corporate offuce to ask if they could make an exeption and the manager told me know. She was so rude and condecendant. I was not going to crush my daughters heart again. She is 7 years old i ended up paying $21 even with the $15 off coupon see how things work. I stop working to take her and have a nice time and all they did was break her heart and get my money. Never again... they certainly dont think about special needs kids... there customer service is horrible. How can they put children thru this? Further more how can they limit a couponwhen this promotion was nothing but nightmare.
