i submitted 2 claims one for $40 and the other one for $60 in the beginning of July. It was extremely difficult using the online feature to upload the receipts because according to the system " I wasn't enrolled during the time of service" which is false because I have been enrolled and using my card. The claims got denied 3 times for the same thing and to make the story short I've called about 5 times and spoke with different agents. The last time I was told that they would go ahead and process both claims and I should have the money within 5 business days. It has been more than 7 days and I haven't received the money and when I log on to wageworks.com it shows that my claims have been denied. This is absolutely horrible service and I'm very frustrated at the fact that although I keep calling nothing has been resolved. I need a resolution ASAP.
