Pay extra for delivery and not getting delivery on time.

I order an Item on 24 Nov. 2020 order no#1044**** the cost of Item AED 1639 and AED 1537 extra for delivery and item Estimated Delivery time Dec 07 to Dec 15, After several reminders and chat team reply us we are unable to delivery item 15 Dec, they don't have any valid reason for delay from the last 1-month call system is disabled due to the update. worst service ever fake date shown for delivery and charge unwanted.
