Due to a hinge design fault, the LCD back case cover is cracked and I am unable to open and close without the LCD from popping out. I called "customer service" and was passed through 4 different people each asking for my email and s/n of the laptop only to finally getting the message "we are unable to answer your call at this time". WHAT??? My question was, since out of warranty if the case can be replaced and what is the part number to order one. I called a computer repair shop and they said they don't recommend HP computers to customers. I see why!!!
