THEY NEVER SENT THE WIGS, AND ALSO CHARGED MY CARD FOR WIGS I DID NOT ORDER. FINALLY, AFTER WEEKS I GOT A HOLD OF CUSTOMER SERVICE. THEY HAD ALSO NOT RESPONDED TO MY MANY EMAILS. TODAY CUSTOMER SERVICE SAID THAT THEY ARE BEHIND ON SHIPPING ORDERS BUT INSISTED THEY HAD SHIPPED MY ORDER. I ASKED FOR A CREDIT ON MY CARD FOR ALL THE ORDERS INCLUDING THE ONES I DO NOT RECOGNIZE. THEY REFUSED. INSTEAD, THEY SAID THEY WOULD RESHIP THE ORDER SOME TIME. I TOLD THEM TO NOT SHIP THE ORDER AND TO GIVE ME A CREDIT. THEY REFUSED THIS. I TOLD THEM I WOULD REFUSE THE ORDER AT THE POST OFFICE. THEY TOLD ME THERE WOULD BE A $19.00 REFUSAL CHARGE ON TOP OF A 25% RESTOCKING FEE!!! BAIT-AND-SWITCH MUCH?? User's recommendation: DON'T BUY FROM PAULA YOUNG WIGS.
