I bought a stand mixer from Shop HQ for my daughter for Christmas It is a piece of crap. She used it one time with a cake mix and the mixer started to smell like it was burning. I called the co ,and they said since I had it over 30 days they would not do anything but the warranty from the manufacture was good, and they send it back, Well it will cost $20.00 to send it back and another $20.00 to return it to me. This is my last purchase from Shop HQ. They are not good at standing behind their products.
