Patriot lighting light. Led not working.

I have a few patriot lighting led lights. Model # 349-****. Bought from Menards. The lights flicker on occasion. I have 4 of these in my dining room. One is completely burned out. There is no way they have 30k hours on them. I look on Menards and it says its discontinued. Can you help me? User's recommendation: Didn’t last long.
