I had patio doors fitted earlier in the year 2019 and one of the rubber door stoppers was missing . I told the fitters that day and they said they would get one sent in post. nothing arrived. I had problems locking the doors. it took OVER A WEEK to get someone to come and fix them. I had to leave them unlocked for that time. he said he would order the stopper for me. but nothing has arrived. THIS IS VERY POOR AFTER SERVICE IN MY EYES. after this would I recommend you ... NO I WOULD NOT. the WORKERS that did the work were very good.
