PATIENT NOT HAPPY WTH ME OR THEM DUE TO NOT GIVING ME INSURANCE PROCESSING INFORMATION

I work for Texas Oncology and most of my patients are older and never have there cards or they never an update card. They say never recevie them and they never want to call because they get the run around. I get so many different people on the line where one wants to help and the other do not. For which these pt pay for insurance but yet can't use it when needed to.. have to go through hoops just to get an idea or processing information. It just a game to you guys but it is not my patients and they come to us last and just want to get there drugs and go home to rest. So being more helpful would be nice and not being so complicated would help.
