Kent is taking people for a ride .. my Kent Pearl RO is giving constant issues .. most of the time authorized dealer don't pick up phone .. and they don't care.. only about couple of months ago they replaced filter... now I am getting constant beep sound .. they take their own time to respond /resolve .. each time they come they demand exorbitant money Ever since I purchased I have got no response at all either from service center or even Kent company..
