PATHETIC SERVICE! Incompetent,

I have called several times to give you a update on the CONTINUED PATHETIC service I have received and continue to receive from that location. My air sensor came on and stated my right rear tire was at 28 PSI my left rear was at 30, right front 35, left front 33. I went back to the location to check the air and the tech stated my right rear was actually at 50 PSI, left rear 26, right front 35 and left front 36. He stated that when the tires were installed they did not "relearn " the sensors. He had another tech supposedly "relearn" the sensors. When it was completed I asked the tech why this wasn't done when the tires were installed. They obviously had added a incorrect amount of air to the rear tires for the left to be at 50 PSI and right to be at 26. His response was he didn't know. Before I pulled from the location all the readings changed. None were the same left front 32, right 35, left rear 32, right rear 38. I turned around and went back to let the tech know about the readings and his response was the system is not perfect. Yesterday the sensor light came on and said my air in the left rear was low at 28 PSI. I am TOTALLY fed up with the hassles and issues that I continue to receive from this location. Your company has made me have to change the appearance of my car and the potential to damage my wheels because I can't install the wheel protectors, now it looks like you have damaged my sensor system. I will not be going back to this location. I will have my sensor system checked out by a RELIABLE, COMPETENT company and if its discovered that the system is damaged I expect to be compensated for the repair. Furthermore, the $500 settlement in no way makes up for this aggravation and POOR service. I am affiliated with several car clubs that make up hundreds of custom car owners nationwide. I will be sure to send out a mass email to all members of the clubs nationwide about the PATHETIC experience and service I have received from your company. A major part of our club associations is to alert members and owners of situations like this so that others will not be affected. I sincerely hope that this situation causes a loss of customers for your company. Your employees do not realize who they are dealing with sometimes and how poor service can affect your entire company. It was a HUGE mistake allowing your company to work on my vehicle. I will try my best to make sure other associates of mine and members do not make the same mistake by allowing your company to touch their vehicle, knowing they will probably regret it.
