Pathetic customer service at Nautica for online orders

Hello, I would like to bring to your attention Nautica has the worst customer service for online orders. I have been a regular customer of Nautica and to deal with your customer service reps is the worst experience possible ! 1. I placed multiple orders in 2019 with Nautica and never received my reward points. I spoke with multiple supervisors and none of them were able to answer why I did not get any rewards for 2019. I gave them all the order details including the order dates. They said that they will get back to me in 24/48 hours, but never heard back from anyone from Nautica. 2. I placed an order and after placing the order had requested to change the shipping address within a few hours of placing the order. The order was not sent to the warehouse to be fulfilled by that time. I was told that the request for change in address has been placed, but not guaranteed. I was also told by the customer service rep that in case the order is sent to my address, then I can request for a shipping label using which I can send it to the correct address. I was told that I will get the shipping label digitally on my e-mail within 24/48 hours. Never got the shipping label and when I called Nautica again, the new rep told me that shipping label is only sent to return the shipment to Nautica and Nautica cannot send the shipment to the new address. Every time I talk to a customer service representative at Nautica, I get new information and do not really know which customer service rep is correct and who to trust. I am extremely disappointed and annoyed to see the pathetic customer service at a reputable company such as Nautica !! There is no accountability or reliability whatsoever and customer service agents don’t really seem to care about their customers. I hope senior leadership team at Nautica addresses my grievance and take appropriate actions to ensure customer satisfaction, reliability and trust.
