Passes the buck to get something returned. TERRIBLE!

Purchased and Ekho hear rate monitor. Called to return it - was not what I thought it was. Allegro said they would send me and RMA in 2 days. Since then I have called 4 times. Was told RMA must come from Ekho. Not so I spoke w Ekho. They said get RMA from Allegro. Customer Service hung up on me. Later said the CS mgr was in a meeting could not speak to her. Very rude on phone. I called the name on the shipped box who was distributor. They said it is not their problem. They issued an RMA to Allegro and it must come from Allegro. Still have not hear from Allegro Medical. Then I find out, Allegro sells for the distributor and Allegro can take no action w/o coming from distributor whom the customer may not contact. NEVER work with Allegro.
