Parts washer was used for approxiamately five minutes and motor seized up. I tried calling your so called customer service line and was put on hold for over 1 hour. I then tried dialing zero as the recorded voice suggested and was cut off. All the while being told how important my call was. I then tried to get to the site service.[protected]@costway.com as the operator option told me to do and no such site exists. What a terrible way to treat customers. If all of your products are as lousy as this motor you guys need to get into some other line of work or hire more customer service reps. Very disappointed in product. Someone from your sham company needs to respond!
