Parts or should I say lack of support for parts

Ive owned my Titan Grapple model SERG60 for less than 30 days. With only a few hours of use the pivot pin feel out of the hydraulic cylinder. I called Titan twice and spoke with the service department, I asked if I could purchase a pivot pin to replace the one that fell out. I was told they only sell parts to dealers. That is not the news I wanted to hear. Especially since I own 3 Titan implements. Had I known this fact, I would not have purchased the implements in a package deal. Lesson learned.
