Parts number clarificationn for clutch for 1996 yamaha virago

I'm restoring a 1996 Virago Xv1100. When getting ready to order the clutch pack I come up with two different but similar numbers for the clutch plates (7) The first number is 4X716325-**-** and the second number is 1TA16325-**-**. clutch plate 2. If I'm reading things correctly the packs are the same except that 1TA is an updated version of the 4X7 steel plate. The friction plates (8) both have the same number 22U16321-**-** The vendor is telling me that these numbers are for the 1984-86 Xv750 Virago only. I used to have a 1982 Xv750 (purchased off the showroom floor) that I gave away when we left CA to move to NC. in 2012. I NEVER had a major problem with it except for tires and batteries. My wife purchased this Xv1100 for me as a late Xmas present for $500.00 it has been abused and neglected and has over 55,000 miles on it, that is why I'm restoring it. When done it will be painted Black Cherry and have all the original decals on it. Yamaha 3D block letters on the side of tank and the scrolled 3D Virago logo on he side covers all in gold I hope you can help me Thanks in Advance Vern Stires
