August 23, 2021 Robyn Bell 3 South Timber Hollow Dr, #311 Fairfield, OH 45014 Ford Motor Co Customer Relations My car has been at M & G Body Shop since JUNE 6. I have been informed that the last few parts needed to complete my car are not available and they have no date in sight when they might be. Front Bumper Reinforcement Bar: Part # GN1Z 17859 K Front Body Radiator Support: Part # GN1Z 8A284 L I have spoken with Keiron (Progressive) and Joe (M&G) many times over the last several weeks to no avail. It isn't their fault Ford is such a mess, but it isn't my fault either. I'm paying my car payment, Insurance and car rental every month that amounts to over $1000. I'm 68 years old and on a fixed income and can not continue this way. If parts are not available and there is no answer in sight, my car should be totaled. I will need that closure so I can purchase another vehicle. I see no other solution. Please advise me. Regards, Robyn Bell
