Partial refund

This company stinks I sent one parcel bag with 3 bathing suits I ordered that were two big and because computer glitch on a label They are saying I sent two parcel and wont give me my money back for third suit because they dont have a ticket for it .. why would I keep a bathing suit if all 3 were big ...Im still fighting them for 30.00
