Partial items delivered, wrong item and no refund.

We ordered numerous items from this website. It took 8 weeks for the items to be delivered despite being told it would take only 3. Only one out of the several items were delivered, and it was the wrong item. Contacted the customer support, only to be told the item was correct. They had since taken the item I actually ordered off their website, and said they never stocked it in the first place. Sent the item back after being told they would refund, only to THEN be told I was outside of the return date. During this time I noticed that both the items (the one ordered and the wrong item that was delivered) were now gone from the website. Not only that, but the company then removed my order history from their website. I contacted them again, asked them if they would refund the money for the rest of the order that had not been dispatched yet (almost 3 months after placing the order). They told me that the order details are taken off their website and saved in an offline database. This makes me worry that they could edit the order without me knowing. They did offer a refund and asked me to wait 14 days. I waited, and received nothing. I contacted them again and they have not replied. It has been a further 7 days. I will be contacting trading standards and my bank if this isn't resolved soon.
