We ordered a set of brake pads and rotors. Two boxes were dropped at our doorstep. We didn't think to check them and assumed that everything we ordered was in the boxes. Traveled out of town to have our mechanic work on our vehicle only to find out the brake pads were missing. We got lucky and were able to have parts delivered by a brick-and-mortar store. Since they don't have phone customer support, sent an email a week ago and have not received a response. Could upload picture of receipt for brake pads, but don't want to have our mechanic's info made public. They typically get the order to us quickly and accurately, but dropped the ball on this one. User's recommendation: Proceed with caution.
