Part damaged during oil change

2

On September 26 had the oil changed at Valvoline 3896 Vogrl Rd. Arnold Mo. A tech named Jason serviced the car.. A couple days later lost all power to car. Took it to a mechanic found the snorkle assembly was damaged on the end. Cost for repair was $257.99. Went baxk to Valvoline talked to Asst Manager he said it was already broke and tech tried to fix it. Never told me anything about it. After repair was xomplete took part in to show the broken part srill refused to acknowledge the damage. Told to come back on FRIDAY October 4 to talk with manager Michael Elbert. Talked with Mr Elbert today. He did acknowleded the damaged and asked for receipt for damages. I gave him the receipt. I am writing this so it doesn't fall through rhe cracks. . He did not give me anything to asure me the damage will be paid for. I would appreciate hearing from your company your policy on damages done to a customer 's car and assurance this will be taken care of. Thank You Dennis Vest. Lyniavest@***.com
