We go to Carrabba’s in Surprises AZ and have for many years. About a year ago they stopped using fresh Parmesan cheese, you had so many complaints they brought the fresh back again. We went there last Saturday and again you stopped serving fresh cheese again. This is absolutely the most ridiculous decision you have made and this is *** It is about time you start thinking about the customers and your stop with your corporate greed, or whatever excuse you can come up with. There are many other restaurants out there who think about customers first. If this is not rectified , we will not be eating at Carrabba’s anymore. I have talked to a lot of customers who feel the same way. Get your *** together.
