Parking fines

Vehcile DN19 BTE this car is a courtesy car on behalf of motabitity. I have been authourised to park on the courtyard at Sapphire Court B3 1TE. I have had parking fines that are about to be cancelled by Smart Parking with the intervention of Midland Heart who own the property. Can you please stop taking money out of of my benefits, this needs to stop immediately and to reimburse all payments. There has been an error from Smart Parking. You can confirm this with Midland Heart Housing on 0345602**** Costermer Service team. From MR HENRY on behalf on Shaquille Wood. i have spoken to your costermer service team who advised me this is the way to sort this situation out. Thank you.
