Hi, I bought a parka coat from the Romford store on the 3rd October 2017, and am quite disappointed with this coat as I have started to get white fluffy balls coming through the coat under the arm area and going towards the front of the coat, considering I paid £59.99 for this coat I would not expect it to do after a few months of purchase, I hate complaining but on this occasion I feel I have the right to as the coat wasn't cheap and I have only wore a handful of times so cannot understand why it is doing this, I have attached some photos for you to look at please get back to me, King regards Chelsie clifford
