As i have already said, i am the holder of the Conciege Card, on my arrival, my honesty was questioned, i might have been a person staying for the very first time at a Carlson Hotel, the way i was met and greeted, Welcome i do not think so, happens again and i will return the card, and will stay somewhere else, not easy to say that, having been a loyal user of your hotels, small things go a long way in my book, rudeness don´t !! As for being treated as a special guest, at no time did i feel one, thought i had good contact with this hotel, not on the 30th Nov 2017 Kind regards, Michael Bryan King
