parents death- account holder

My Father passed 4/17/21- Beginning of May mailed requested documents to close his account so I can settle his affairs. First packet was told, after I waited a month and received nothing, that the letter was not notarized which is complete BS, done at my real live in person bank, so they have a record and a real human being who I sat across from. I was told I would have top mail entire packet again, got tired of hitting a brick wall over the phone, so I did. went to my bank got second notarized letter, sent second original death certificate, copied of my fathers and my own drivers license. Waited 3 weeks, called today after 30 minutes on call was told denied because they did not receive a copy of my dad's license in packet, COMPLETE *** 300% sure it was in there, a second time! Was told again I would have to resend yet another packet, my response is NO *** way! Will be contacting my Attorney Generals office and Better Business Bureau, sickening how this company operates after loosing a parent.
