Parcels never delivered

I ordered a gift twice for my son from amazon, said it would be there in 2 days which they were UNTIL they got to Dynamex. Both parcels were out for delivery, then all of a sudden they were being returned to the seller. Dynamexs excuse was I had the wrong postal code, which I did not!! My son has security cameras, there was no attempt made to deliver anything!! Now I have no idea where these parcels are!! Amazon DO NOT use Dynamex again! I am pissed off! User's recommendation: Do not use Dynamex for anything!!
