Parcel that’s still stuck in Johor for a long time.

I don't know what happened to my parcel. It was shipped out on August 26th, but it is still there until now. I'm worried that my parcel was missing or even having a damage or broken. Please make sure that my parcel will be delivered safely as soon as possible. I've checked the tracking number every day but it seems like the parcel is still in the same place. Before this, I've never experienced this kind of problem when using J&T service but maybe it's because the overloaded parcels that it became late, but it took too long than I expected.
