Hello, I had ordered a product from HongKong and I have been tracking the product on the Hong Kong Postal Website everyday from the time it was posted. For the last 8 days, the product has been in some customs office ( I do not know which one) and the status of the shipment on the hong kong post website says, "pending customs inspection at the destination as of 23-Jan-2014." My Tracking number is - RC094722645HK I am clueless as to which city's custom office/ post office is my parcel present in and whom to contact to get it delivered to me.
