ninjavan ph has to be the worst courier there is!! my parcel arrived at their sorting hub at july 3 and it hasnt been updated/tracked ever since. its been 2 weeks already and its a paid parcel!! their facebook messenger is useless too, u get answered by a *** bot. User's recommendation: NEVER choose ninjavan.
