Parcel Monkey took my money to insure a FedEx package. Never submitted the claim for two months and lied about it.

Parcel Monkey received all the documentation they requested to support my Claim that FedEx dropped and irreparably damaged the contents of a 40 lb package. It was sent from Nevada to Washington. Parcel Monkey advised me on 06-01-2021 that all my Documentation (photos, claim form and valuation) was forwarded to FedEx and the Claim was being reviewed. All responses from Parcel Monkey were made by a "Bot" and were LIES. FedEx advised me today (07-23-2021) that Parcel Monkey did not submit the insurance claim to them for the destroyed package for 7 WEEKS, submitted only when I threatened to file a lawsuit. FedEx Claim Number 072260**** was assigned only YESTERDAY (07-22-2021), and NOT on 06-01-2021 as reported by Parcel Monkey. I would give them ZERO STARS if that was an option. ZERO! I would give them ZERO Stars if that was an option. User's recommendation: PARCEL MONKEY is a FRAUD. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
