Parcel lost

My parcel is not received, it's already 25 days but no response from J&;;;T . They keep becoming like. A dumb without sending any details of my parcels. Even the seller update that he shipped the parcel already but when it arrives in KL .. no response from J&amp;amp;T . Thier delivery service is very poor. I hope I get my refund back.
