Parcel left at incorrect address

Driver contacted me re my delivery, I requested my item be delivered to my front-door. On investigation the item hadn't been delivered. I made two phone calls (at approximately 9.00am) to your company and both occasions I was hung up on. I explained to the customer service women that the item hadn't been delivered and that I live in a battle-ax block. While waiting on the line I receive the message that calls may be monitored for teaching purposes, both of these women need instruction on how to solve a problem with undelivered items and also show good manners. I found my undelivered item myself at another address. I can only say how disappointed I am with your service and the total disregard and lack of consideration that I was shown as one of Australia's senior citizens. I am 75 years old.
