Parcel dox/ it must be pick up but they deliver in wrong person

The parcel number [protected] have the documents which is impt. Was delivered in the wrong person the fact that me myself does not write any address of the person that will receive how come that it was delivered??? The person must go to your branch and must be return but the parcel was said delivered... Please I need those document... Please TEXT ME BEFORE YOU CALL [protected]
