I have used this company before and had no problems with them at all. They came out right away to assist my elderly parents. I was away in Alabama and couldn't return to the tampa area for another day. My parents didn't have insurance on their home and I had to pay for it. NOT ONE TIME WAS I HOUNDED ABOUT MONEY! They actually didn't get paid until I returned back to Alabama weeks later and they were ok with that. Actually the owner suggested it so I wouldn't be charged extra fees to withdraw the funds.My bank os not in Tampa. They were more concern about helping my parents and keeping mold from building up. OWNER WAS MORE CONCERN ABOUT MY PARENST BECOMING ILL. Very nice folks!!!! I would refer Paramount Restoration Systems to anyone!
