Paragon Dumpster Rental company is running a scam and they need to be stopped. I'm not the only one who has been harassed by this company. There are several other reviews and feedback on google about this business. This business is involved in ripping off people and here's how they do it -... They act as a middle man and do not disclose that the dumpster will not be coming from their company directly. The Industry Standard weight limit of a 10yd dumpster is 2 tons. When you call them for a dumpster, they'll send you a contract to sign, on which they mention in fine line that the weight limit is 1000lbs. Now people don't always know about this weight limit and that 1000lbs = only 0.5 tons, and when you're throwing in debris 1000lbs is nothing, that's why the Industry Standard weight limit is 2 Tons. They initially charge customers around $300-$350 for a 10yd dumpster rental and when you return the dumpster they will send you a bill of another $350-$400 for going over 1000lbs - which obviously will happen. This company knows this will happen and hence they're guaranteed to make money off people who don't know about the weight limit. It's a sham because they're manipulating and tricking people who don't know about weight limit by making them sign the contract and later harassing them by threatening Collection and putting Mechanics Lien on their property. They should be made to rent dumpsters in compliance with Industry Standard weight limit which is 2 tons and most companies charge around $350 - $400 for it, but Paragon Dumpster Rental ends up charging twice or three times the other companies with its manipulating and corrupt practices. They are running a scam of ripping off people and it should be put to an immediately. Thanks.
