We ordered Roxio software, which had a $20 rebate with it. We submitted our information and Parago Promo Center aka RebateHQ actually confirmed relatively quickly that "Your rebate is valid and is scheduled for final processing" on 2/29/2012. We have now contacted customer service 3 times and received confirmation that the check would be mailed 5/23/2012. On 6/2/2012 customer service told us that they would expedite our payment...the check would be mailed in 2 weeks! We are now 19 weeks and still no check. While Parago goes to the bank, the manufacturers and everyone trying to get a rebate gets ripped-off.
