12/7 i had major exhaust service done: particulate filter service, doser valve,sensors..., next i went in for sterio/nav replacement under warranty due to faulty audio input jack. 2 hours later I was told they had the wrong sterio and put the old one back in. Then had to go back into dash, another half hour, to reconnect a plug loosened by tech. 12/29 I went back to get the right sterio installed. I had gotten fauld codes set in the interval. I had to wait an hour for scheduled replacement of sterio and had to plead with service department to have fault codes addressed. It was another loose plug associated with the exhaust work that had been done. After losing a half day of work I got back on road and found the nav unit not working. I called in to Pape Coburg service and they could not help. I contacted Panamerican, sterio manufacurer, and determined there was no satelite antenna connected. As well as all this I found a trim panel left insie passenger door after exhaust service, a dirty grease rag left on transfer deck, a screw left loose in dash after sterio work and Ryan, the service manager has twice said he would get back to me and has not. I have lost a day or more over poor workmanship and have spent an hour or more tracking down error in installing nav/sterio. How much more of my time and income do I have to loose before the Kenworth dealer/service department learns to work on Kenworth trucks? I have far to much time lost/income lost, to have to wait for proper follow-up
